Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT)

Our dedicated Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) department provides care for children and adults. We provide outpatient clinics, day case and short-stay surgery.

The department is supported by Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust (Wythenshawe) and The Christie Hospital Foundation Trust.

Our Department's Objectives

We aim to provide a local ENT service to patients within East Cheshire which is both convenient and effective. Patients who have many different disorders of the Ear, Nose, Throat, Voice, and Neck are referred to us and seen within our department.

  • We have specialist clinics for hearing and voice disorders, running alongside audiologists and speech and language therapists
  • Our nurse practitioner has her own ear care and tonsillectomy clinics.
  • Our consultants and specialty doctors are highly experienced and qualified surgeons.
  • We aim to treat all patients within 18 weeks of referral by their GP.

Our Team

  • Our team consists of visiting consultants from Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, supported by their specialty doctors and our nurse practitioner.
