Shoulder pain:
Frozen shoulder:
Frozen shoulder is a common condition that affects the shoulder causing significant pain and reduced movement. The majority of people who experience frozen shoulder will eventually get better with or without treatment.
Shoulder instability:
Shoulder instability can result in the shoulder coming in and out of joint, causing pain, apprehension and reduced function. You should see mild improvements after 6 weeks, but it can take 3–6 months for more significant changes. If symptoms fail to improve by 6–12 weeks or pain worsens, contact your healthcare provider.

Tennis elbow is a common cause of elbow pain located on the outside of the elbow, usually associated with gripping activities. If symptoms fail to improve within 6–12 weeks or pain is worsening, contact your healthcare provider.
