An infant feeding session is offered as part of our parent education bundle. This session covers building a close and loving relationship with your baby, getting breastfeeding off to a good start and bottle feeding. You can find out more about our classes and book your space by visiting the 'Parent Education' section of our website.
Please note that these classes are only available for women who are booked to give birth at Macclesfield Hospital.
In addition, there is local breastfeeding support offered by CHERUBS for women living in East Cheshire and national support for all women.

Local Breastfeeding Support - Cherubs
CHERUBS are an infant feeding team who provide breastfeeding support to mothers (including during pregnancy) and their babies throughout Cheshire East, through local breastfeeding support groups, telephone support and one-to-one support.
Midwives and health visitors can refer you to the service, alternatively you can self-refer for support.
